What is Dermal Filler?

A precision injectable gel (typically Hyaluronic Acid) used to restore lost structural volume, smooth deep creases, and contour facial features. Unlike standard approaches, we view filler as "structural support" for your skin’s biological architecture.

Unlike most clinics, at Collagen Clinic London we use a BDDE-Free filler. This represents the next generation of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) purity. Traditional fillers use BDDE (a chemical cross-linker) to stabilise HA. While safe, residual BDDE can trigger delayed immune reactions or "puffy" inflammation in sensitive individuals.

How Does GentleMax Work?

It physically occupies space in the dermis or on the bone, instantly replacing the fat and bone resorption that occurs with ageing. The Advantage: Beyond volume, the mechanical stretching of the skin matrix by the filler creates a force that stimulates fibroblasts (skin cells) to produce new collagen, a phenomenon known as mechanotransduction.
