What are Sculptra & Julaine?

Sculptra is a powerful collagen stimulator made of Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), which is naturally found in the skin, too. It is not a filler, but a "seed" for your own collagen production. The results are entirely your own tissue. It restores the dense, structural collagen (Type 1) that creates the "thick" skin of youth.

Julaine is a newer generation PLLA biostimulator. It uses uniform microspheres to provide a predictable scaffold for collagen growth. It is similar to Sculptra but engineered with smooth-particle technology for rapid integration.

How Do They Work?

Micro-particles of PLLA are injected deep into the skin. As they slowly dissolve, they trigger a controlled inflammatory response that recruits fibroblasts to surround the particles with new, strong collagen. With Julaine, the "smooth sphere" structure allows for a more immediate glow and hydration effect alongside the long-term structural collagen building, often with less massage requirement than traditional PLLA.
